When you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by the friendly smiles of our receptionists, Senta and Tia. Senta joined our staff in September of 2005. Senta is the mother of two children and two cats, Oliver and Caleb. Tia is a full time student at Palm Beach Atlantic University studying English and a part time receptionist. She has a full house with two dogs and five cats. We have two experienced veterinary technicians, Tonnya and Sabrina, who along with Dr. Douglas will treat your pet like their own. Tonnya, who is also the office manager, has been a veterinary technician for 15 years. After relocating to West Palm Beach with her husband and two children, she joined the VSVC staff as the office manager in August of 2005. Sabrina, a New York native, has been a veterinary technician for 5 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as playing with her furry daughter Bean.

Dr. Cherry Douglas, DVM, graduated from the University Of Florida College Of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. After starting a career in Gainesville, FL, she moved back home to Boynton Beach and worked in Boca Raton before fulfilling a lifelong dream of having her own practice here at florida village square veterinary clinic.

She became the President of the Palm Beach Veterinary Society in 2006. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association from whom she recently received the 2005 Gold Star Award for Outstanding Contributions to Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Douglas is married with two children, and has a Viszla named Samson. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching Gator Football.
